Surfing also blends well with yoga for that special connection it brings with ourselves. It cultivates joy, calms the mind and brings deep relaxation, just like yoga.
With the idea of supporting the yogis in their daily practice, the diet is designed to suit these energy needs. All our dishes are made from local and organic products with the aim of helping the body, mind and soul in the regeneration process offered by the practice of yoga.
